Mark as Useful According to NANP this is clearly a spoofed CID. There is no such rate center starting with 200.
CID is easily spoofed and it is best to either blacklist the CID (once again CID can be spoofed easily) or just do not answer calls in the 200 "rate center" range - 201 is however legit.

Mark as Useful collection????agency-very foreign person on line will not tell me anything else---they want details from me.. would not tell them anything --the number they called is not a published number they should not of known it -so they to of did a random calling.

Mark as Useful same complaint as others have made it seems. they call, hang up and i try to call back and can only get a busy signal. I dont know whom they are or why they are calling.
